🟪 BNSS - In cases where Arresting Officer is unable to communicate the grounds of arrest in writing soon after arrest, it shall be so done orally - Said grounds shall be communicated in writing within a reasonable time and in any case at least two hours before the production of arrestee before the Magistrate
